Willoughby, St Just- Pet Friendly

This contemporary end-of-terrace cottage is in the heart of St Just, only ¾ mile from the coastal path and the stunning scenery at Cape Cornwall and Porth Nanven Cove. With a wood burner for those cosy evenings and a private parking space, it is the perfect holiday home for families, friends or couples all year round. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at Willoughby. There is an off road parking space for 1 car. There are three bedrooms (2 double and 1 bunk) and a bathroom upstairs. The downstairs comprises of a living /dining room, kitchen and large hallway. The cottage is centrally heated and there is also a fireplace with multi-fuel stove. We have TV, dvd player, radio/cd player and wifi available. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine. The front and back gardens may be enjoyed and an outdoor table with chairs is provided for outside dining in fine weather. A parking space is available at the front of the house. We also have a highchair and travel cot if required (but please bring own bedding for the cot). We welcome up to 2 dogs at a charge of £15 each per dog per stay. Our maximum occupancy is 6 (4 adults maximum). The cottage is prepared for guests with fresh bedding and towels and all the kitchen and living room equipment is there for you to use and enjoy. We don't provide a welcome tray during the pandemic, but there is a shop within walking distance. There is a folder with information on places to visit and a list of dog friendly beaches. We are available by phone and email when needed. Our 3 bedroom cottage is set on the end of a quiet pedestrian terrace near the southwest coastal path and minutes' walk from the historic centre of St Just with its pubs, cafes, delicatessen, grocers, butchers, galleries and more. There are so many beautiful places to visit in this Unesco World Heritage region including The Minack Theatre, Sennen Cove and St Michaels Mount but also within walking distance from Willoughby you can swim and surf in stunning coves, enjoy walks, golf, a spa, cycling, horse-riding and fishing. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the cottage where you can catch a bus to Lands End, Sennen, Penzance and St Ives. Or you can stay and relax in the cottage, enjoying its peaceful location. Due to coronavirus there are a few changes but we’ve kept the changes to you as minimal as possible but there are just a few (sorry): • Check in time is 5pm. Just an hour later than previously allowing extra time for preparation (airing and sanitising) to be carried out. • Please can you let us know which beds you would like to be made up – those not being used will remain un-made. • If you would like to bring your own duvet covers and towels please let us know in advance. • At the end of your stay please could you remove duvet covers and pillow cases from the beds and place them into the bags provided (to be found in the bedroom wardrobe). Do not worry about the protectors we will sort those out. • Empty ALL bins into the dustbin in the courtyard (recycling is separated by the private waste company so no need to separate yourself) and tie the bag up. Please unlock the back gate so the rubbish can be collected. • Check out is 10am as it always has been. As lead booker it is your responsibility to check that all members of your party are well before coming on holiday to Willoughby (no new continuous cough, no high temperature, no loss or change to sense of smell or taste). No-one should be self-isolating at Willoughby. If anyone should become unwell, please book a test close to your home, inform us and leave immediately. If guests are too unwell to travel, unfortunately you will be liable for the additional rental for any longer period staying and costs of any subsequent cancellations incurred.
