When my children are away I rent it out and will be staying in an appartment in the basement of the building with my own entrance. There will be no shared spaces and the garden is all yours. The house itself has two livingrooms, a kitchen and a toilet on ground floor. 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a shower/wc. There are some different storage spaces for guests use. The area is a small picturesque landmark right in the geographical center of town. For people who likes to be around but then retire back to quietness and relaxation. Distance to Möllevången/City/parks: 1-2km, thats 5 minutes on a bike, 15 minutes to walk or 10 minutes on the bus. The busstop is 50 meters away. Notice that I have a cat. A have been redecorating my dauthers room. Instead of two single beds there are a 160 cm wide bed and the possibility to add a single bed (comfortable mattress without legs).
