Private space detached from main house. Private B&B within garden of house. Above car port accommodation with stairs and balcony to accommodation with own front door. Ensuite, TV / DVD. Tea and coffee making facilities. Balcony with beautiful views. Sleeps 1-3 Double bed and single bed. Not suitable for young children or anyone who would struggle with stairs due to the only entrance involving stairs and balcony. Below the space is a utility room with sink, fridge, Microwave and toaster to use at guests convenience. Bread, butter, milk, jam / marmalade & cereal are provided for guests to help themselves to. Tea & coffee making facilities are available upstairs in the bedroom. Packed lunches can be offered for an extra cost. Handy for those exploring, walking or fishing. No smoking within the inside space but smoking is ok on the balcony and outside but please use ashtrays provided. MINIMUM 1 NIGHT STAY FOR 1 OR 2 GUESTS. MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY FOR 3 GUESTS. A perfect location for sightseeing, river walks, coastal walks, bird watching, fishing or just relaxing, it's all on your doorstep. Within easy reach of Ely with historic streets, cathedral and riverside restaurants. Peterborough with its beautiful cathedral. Sandringham estate or beyond to the coast the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The village itself has several pubs, a few shops supplying all needs, take aways, orchards and churches. The nearest towns are Wisbech and Downham market, both 15 - 20 minutes drive. Collection from train stations can be arranged with prior notice. A car is advisable for the location. Ample parking on private drive. Cats live here but do not enter guest space.
