The Barn is situated in the centre of the pretty village of Hutton Le Hole, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, popular with walkers and those seeking the peace and tranquility of the countryside. It is close to Kirkbymoorside and Pickering (home to the North York Moors Steam Railway). Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough and York are within an hour's travel. Caroline and Gareth have owned The Barn since January 2016 and have used their 30 years hospitality experience to create a welcoming and friendly place to stay. The family are all actively involved in the day to day operations and can often be seen helping out in the Tearoom and welcoming the guests. Both enjoy walking their dog in the local area and are always on hand to help plan your days out. The Barn Guest House is situated in the beautiful village of Hutton le Hole and located next door to the Ryedale Folk Museum and 100 yards from the Crown Inn. There are various craft shops in the village some of which run courses. Painting, wood turning and stain glass. There are some gift shops and a small chocolate factory which you can look around.
