It houses two king-size double bedrooms which are serviced by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, sleeping up to four people. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen and a sitting/diner with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a private patio area with table and chairs and use of a large lawn area. Graig Gwyn Cottage is a superb base for exploring this wonderful Shropshire location. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Ample off-road parking. Large patio area with table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ, shared use of large lawn area. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub and shop within 1.6 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside. Region: A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England. Town: Trefonen rests on the edge of the town of Oswestry and the Welsh village of Llanhaeadr-ym-Mochnant. Within in the small rural village you will find a pub, shop and has Offa's Dyke pathway running through. Within the surrounding area you will find the Berwyn Mountain Range and a number of walking and cycling routes which includes Berwyn Ridge Pathway and the Offa’s Dyke Path.
