A spacious modern maisonette located at the Athenian countryside. It is located only 20 minutes from Athens airport and Rafina port and it is ideal for 4 seasons vacation and especially in summer in close proximity to Athens centre. Only 3 klm and 5 min away from the famous shopping village " McArthurGlen Designer Outlets", 3klm and 7min from the Zoo " Attica Zoological Park "' 30 minutes from one of the most popular coastal resorts of Athens and a windsurfers favourite, Schinias Beach. A very comfortable open space house with airport view at Penteli's mountain hills. The two floor maisonette of 200 sqm features all necessary amenities, such as WI-FI, air-conditioning, heating, security alarm system and a fully equiped and functional kitchen and a washing machine. It was designed to be hospitable and practical. At ground floor a very spacious living room with the dinning area will welcome guests In a different room the kitchen is located plus a WC. At the first floor the guest can find the bedrooms. In total there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite private bathroom each one, plus another bedroom with the bathroom next to it but not inside. The house can accomodate up to 6 people. The house is being completed by its beautiful exterior area. Next to the living room a big marble table sourrounded by flowers is waiting for you to enjoy your dinner. By descending some stairs you will be placed at houses's swimminng pool and garden where you can relax during your staying. It is close to Marathon (30 klm) one of the most beautiful places in Attica. The road passes by gardens, vineyards, olive groves and wild vegetation as well as by the artificial Marathonas Lake with the impressive marble dam. In the surrounding area you can find many beautiful beaches for swimming and sunbathing. The most famous one is Schinias (25 klm - 30 minutes away). It is located in an area of unique beauty which has been announced as National Park) where the pine tree forest almost reaches the sandy beach. You can also visit the archeological site of Ramounta (12 km away from Marathonas). The House does not have direct access to means of transport. It would be ideal if you have a rented car. However there the below possibilities: The nearest proastiakos - metro station is Pallini and is 8 klm away and 10 minutes. You can reach it by taxi.
