A modern newly built house that offers you the relax and the beauty of the sea view in an excellent area away from noises. This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one luxurious bathroom and one sitting room with view to the garden. There is a lovely wooden surface to dine and drink your coffee. Don't miss to explore Evia. The house is near to a lot of nature treasures of Greece. Plan trip to Xiliadou beach, Bithouri beach, Petali beach, archeological places of Eretreia. The building has three apartments in three floors. There is a wooden surface in front of the apartment with table and armchairs. The building is in a very peaceful area with the best view of the sea. All rooms have flat TVs and apartments hifi. There are no kitchen as the apartments are designed as holidays place. In the area there are plenty nice tavernas. Also there is the option to be delivered food from the nearest tavernas. We need two days notice to prepare the apartment . The area is a very peaceful neighborhood. Most of the houses are modern big establishments with big gardens. The distance between them are big enough so there is no chance to get annoying from other house noice. As all the house are build in the hill, most of them have view to the sea. The view is the golf of Aliveri and some small islands. The summer house is only 1h and 30' from Athens by car. If you don't have a car don't worry. There are public transportation take you from athens to Akti Nireos and back for only 12 euros( each way). We are willing to help you find the best way to travel.
