Family Apartment - Amsterdam and Beach 20 min

Part of the Amsterdam Region this completely furnished apartment makes everyday living comfortable. The famous River the Zaan crosses the area and the most historic and authentic factories of Amsterdam area are part of the local area. Providing you with different restaurants and the famous Zaanse Schans and windmills within walking distance. You can use local transport or drive and get to Amsterdam city center in 20 minutes. The other cities are easily reachable by car of train. The apartment complex has a small and private set-up providing 3 apartments in total (which are situated above a store runned by friendly owners). The apartment is set on the first floor and reachable by walking a easy stairs. Once you enter the apartment you have the kitchen and livingroom offering space for families or groups up to six persons. Relax from the sofa or sofa-chairs to enjoy streaming Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime or watch dutch television. We have the television set up with a amazon firestick. There are two bedrooms providing enough privacy if you come with 4 to 6 persons. One bedroom has two double beds and onebedroom has two single beds. There's also a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave) that provides you with plenty of necessities to realize a lovely meal. The private bathroom offers a toilet and shower and is equipped with washing machine. Outside there’s a private and monitored parking place so you can park here safely. There is also a minimal risk of theft as the residence is on a private and camera controlled property. The location is amazing! The city of ‘’Wormer’ and it's authentic landscape is directly at the front door. There are many restaurants to go to or terraces to enjoy while sitting in the sun at riverside. You only have to take a short walk to reach the famous ‘’Zaanse Schans’’ for windmills and experience the dutch culture (30 minutes - walking). The train station is closely located and brings you within 20 minutes to Amsterdam and within 33 minutes to Airport Schiphol. You have double locked doors : one downstairs and the one granting you access to your apartment. You are in a remote area so the only neighbors are the other tourists in the apartments we also offer. There’s security control on the perimeter to make sure everything is safe during day and night. You as guest can access everything in apartment: There’s a wasmachine located in the private bathroom. there's a private hallway only accessible for guests. There are private parking spots located at the front of the building. Im not at the location and expect guests can manage themselves. When necessary or guests have a question they can reach out to me by airbnb chat. I will usually answer the same day. I already gave price about the neighborhood but i like to add that there are many restaurants to enjoy a lunch or a meal and sit directly at a witerside to have a fantastic view over the river the Zaan and it's old beautiful factories. There's plenty of nature within vicinity to enjoy and easily reachable on foot! Only a 15 minutes walk to ''de poel'' (natural pool) and ''t zwet'' (swimmingpool) where you can bath and enjoy the view and surrounding of dutch farmland and argiculture. There are also walk-or bicycle routes and bird's to see for birdlovers and roads to travel with a bike. You can also take the canoe through all the wetlands if you are more the sportive type! There's Wijk aan Zee (only 20km) and Zandvoort (at 25KM). Wijk aan zee is only a 20 minutes drive. Amsterdam is best reachable by train and takes 20 minutes. The trainstation is easy reachable on foot (10 minutes). If i have to summarise it there are plenty of choices to choose from. You can enjoy the outdoor swimming the pool '''t zwet'' but can also bath in natural lakes and enjoy the nature. The beach and amsterdam both provide a excellent daytrip. If you you would like to rent a bike we recommend ''wormerveer tweewielers''. We can assist if you have troubles communicating/renting bikes at the store. It's only a short walk towards the trainstation to get train acces. From where you have good connections to Amsterdam and other interesting places. Wormerveer - Amsterdam : 20 minutes (going till 1 PM) Wormerveer - Schiphol : 30 minutes Wormerveer - Zaandam : 9 minutes Train also goes to Zandvoort if you wish to have a daytrip. The supermarket (dekamarkt): 5 minutes walk - We monitor our common hallway and parking. - We hire a cleaner to clean the apartment for 3 hours and make up beds with freshly washed bed linnen. Sometimes the wasmachine or dryer might still be running as we wash and dry everything.
