Private entrance and an attached private bathroom. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees; walk around the old farm/fields., situated on the bank of the Valatie Kill in the quaint hamlet. Jiminy Peak Ski is a 30 min., Larkin Hill is a stones throw, as well as the Kinderhook Creek & OC Hunt Club. Excellent loops for cyclists. We are 30 minutes from Albany or Hudson, Schodack Island 15 min. Excellent roads. It is a wonderful way to get some real fresh air - good for couples, solo, and business. Private entrance. The second floor is a private sleeping area. There is a shower available for all and a private bath for this Bay window bedroom only. The West bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and a table to work from. However the West bedroom does not have a private bath and uses the hall bathroom with shower. Please contact me with advance notice if you wish to require an additional room. I am available by cell phone whenever you might need something. North Chatham is a lovely historic district. Although there is no eating establishment in the hamlet, there are several within a few minutes drive or bike. There is homemade ice cream with local milk not far.
