A nice quite residential area , excellent views of the nature reserve from the Lounge + bedroom windows Guest wrote i Located in a quiet estate in Bedworth close to Coventry, Alan's place is the perfect place to lodge for a family. Its a converted house with transformed to a self contained living space and separated from long term tenants The place is quiet and in a very clean, safe and neat residential area with a scenic lake nearby with ducks and swans. The house itself has a decent sized kitchen, Two Bathrooms , a double bedroom at the front and 2 adjacent rooms at the back. There is plenty of storage space everywhere and easy access to a washing machine. The place gets warm and cosy quickly. Alan is a great host, very well spoken, welcoming and keen to help. Would highly recommend this place and come again. Easy place to find just a mile from J3 of the M6 motorway. A first floor flat with easy access plus Under cover ground floor patio area Property first floor of a detached house . Parking at the front of the property plus off site parking. Warm welcome on arrival Coffee and biscuits awaiting you on arrival We have towels and toiletries and of course bedding. Self contained property so no need to share idea for isolation in the Covid period. Quite well kept estate Situated next to a Nature Reserve in a private estate with near by facilities make it a perfect location. Lovely relaxing views from the lounge windows Car is recommended but a Nearby bus stop allows easy access to to the local Towns Coventry the City of Culture 2021 / 2022 only 4 miles away. Nice private well laid out estate easy access. Shops also just a short ten minute walk away (3 min by car) with an excellent Fish & Chip shop, + General store, Chemist etc. Bedroom 4 with single bed situated in the lounge area can be partitioned off to suit. Local buses are available just a short walk away,
