Located in a rural setting just off the North Downs Way, 2 miles from historic Westerham and Biggin Hill. Darwin's home, Downe House, Churchill’s home, Chartwell, Emmett's Garden, Quebec House and Titsey Estate each within four miles. The annex comprises a bedroom, kitchen/diner, shower room, hallway with own front door. DAB radio in kitchen and large Smart TV discretely arranged in bedroom. Most kitchen appliances and kitchen wares provided including Nespresso machine. The house is accessed via a bridleway, which may be bumpy - take it slowly! Lots of parking. Use of the garden, grounds and pond area. Table tennis. Secure garage for bicycles and motor bikes. Wash down area for bicycles. Countryside. One rather good Indian restaurant within walking distance with cocktail bar. Park Wood Golf Club is within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the road servicing Westerham and Bromley, although transport by car is recommended. Lots of cycle routes. Cyclists welcome to use garage for bike storage. Plenty of walking routes, including North Downs Way. The bus stop at the end of the road is within Zone 6 and is serviced by the 246, which runs between Westerham and Bromley: 5mins to Westerham going South or 35minutes going North to Bromley South, from which there is a main line station to London Victoria 17mins. The bus stop at the end of our road is called “Westerham Heights”.
