A stunning retreat, on the Surrey Cycle way, in the midst of beautiful country paths and walks, and the Vann Lake nature reserve a 5 minute walk away. 300Mb Wifi, 65inch TV, home cinema, with small kitchen. Less than 10 miles to Horsham, Dorking, and Gatwick Airport. Beautiful Pubs in Capel, and Ockley are 5 mins away, with some of the most beautiful country side in England on offer. A detached private entrance property with one bedroom with a sofa bed and a queen bed, as well as an L-shaped sofa that sleeps a further person. Set in an old manor style house on the Surrey Sussex border, with acres of private landscaped gardens surrounded by public footpaths, forests, and a nature reserve. Truly idylic countryside getaway with all modern conveniences and technology added in. Guests have ample full parking available, and their own private entrance and lockable front door. There is a step up from the ground to the porch, and again from the entrance hallway to either the lounge or the bedroom. The Main house is staffed permanently, and there is a gym, and a laundry in the main house that can be used on guest request. We aim to give our guests privacy, but are available for help with any areas they require as we are next door. The cottage is fully separate (only shares 2 meters of a single wall), and benefits from its own entrance where no interaction to the main house is needed. An idyllic country side location surounded by farms and forests on all sides. Our street is on the Surrey Cycleway, and provides some of the best cycling, and walking paths in the country. There are ample forests, fields, and quaint country lanes, and within a 5 minute drive there are several authentic country pubs to discover. Our listing is only 10 minutes walk from a railway station (Ockley) which is an hour to London, and we can collect guests from the station if required. We are about 15 minutes drive to both Horsham, and Dorking, as well as a 20 minute drive to Gatwick airport. As a smaller station, no trains run on Sunday. Full car access is provided, with several parking bays off street, and fully private to the house that is secure and free. Brighton is a 45 minute drive, and London is an hour drive to the centre.
