The static caravan is sited alone on our own private two acre garden with two small lakes, absolutely stunning views of the Menai straits, Caernarfon castle and the Isle of Anglesey. Superb accommodation in North Wales.Come and sit out on a balmy summers evening, have a barbecue and watch the fabulous sunsets.The caravan is very well appointed with Double glazing,full gas central heating a TV/DVD, electric flame effect fire, and plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge area, a seperate dining area , a kitchen with full size cooker and fridge, gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The master bedroom has an en suite toilet and sink room.There is also an iron, ironing board, shower, flushing toilets and hot water on demand. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer will be available for Aug 2020. The static caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 master double bedroom , one room which can be a double or twin room. We welcome you into our garden for a quiet, tranquil, as busy as you like, retreat- whether its just enjoying the garden, reading a book sat on a bench by the lake listening to the trickle of running water, chasing stray sheep or even cows from the field, enjoying local walks, birdwatching, drinking in the view whilst drinking a glass of wine, having a barbecue, enjoying the night life of Caernarfon, climbing Snowdon, or riding rapids, We're sure you will love it here.We have a heron who regularly visits our lakes.There is a peaceful waterfall which aerates one of the lakes unless the waterfall pond is full of frog and toad spawn.The lower lake has a small island .Our water supply is from an artesian well 100 foot below ground in the Welsh bedrock. This is very pure water but for our visitors safety it is tested annually. The gas and electric meter uses £1 coins.We also have chickens that will always provide fresh eggs for your breakfast. NO PETS.
