Located on a quiet street, this one bedroom apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a study area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a cupboard and a chest of drawers. It comes with its own patio. Adjoining our house, the accommodation benefits from a totally independent access. It is convenient for Caen city centre, Parc des expositions, Zénith. Bus, greenway and shops are within a few minutes walk. Travellers have access to the entire accommodation and patio. Living right next to the accommodation, we are at your disposal for any further information during your stay. The area is very quiet, conveniently located between Caen city centre (5 minutes drive) and the countryside (greenway a few minutes away by bike). Access is easy both from Caen city centre and from the ring road. All shops and services are available nearby, including public transport. Bus lines 4, 23 and 15 within 5 minutes walk, tram line B within 12 minutes walk (although the tram is not running until September 2019 due to planned engineering works, replacement buses are available), greenway and cycle path network within 5 minutes by bike. We're a French Irish family so we're comfortable speaking both French and English.
