The river forms the focal part of this tiny village, with a sailing club, traditional beach huts and sandy beach. A picturesque riverside pub offering good english food and tradition ale is a focal point in the village, minutes from the house. A local, friendly housekeeper, who lives in the village, prepares the house for your arrival. Waldringfield is 4 miles from the charming and historic market town of Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo the Viking burial site is a 15 minute drive away. The village is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful bird watching opportunities and many easy, picturesque walks to local villages and pubs. Snape Maltings offer a cultural outing and the towns of Aldeburgh, Orford, Southwold and Walberswick are all nearby.
