Large, comfy room w Queen size bed in family home.
Large bedroom with heat pump head which heats and air conditions with controller located in your room. Comfy queen sized bed, dresser, desk, bar fridge and bookshelf in your room. The back of the property (huge backyard) has lots of trees and access to the Great Canadian Trail. We are an hour walk or 20 minute bike ride (on the trail) or 10 minute drive to Cowichan Lake townsite with a grocery store etc. A great place to unwind! Fully vaccinated please. You have a very large private bedroom to yourself with a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, bar fridge and closet. You share the bathroom and kitchen with our family. There is a spot in the fridge, a shelf in the full sized freezer and a cupboard for your dry goods-this is really useful for longer stays! I am in and out of the house depending on my schedule and I’m always easily accessible by text or phone. Peaceful, quiet rural living. The night sky is amazing! Very little light pollution (or pollution of any sort). Plenty of space and trees and yet also very close to The town of Cowichan Lake with all amenities (10minutes by car or 15 minutes by public transit). We're on the #7 B.C. Transit bus route. We are on the BC Transit route which means there is a bus all year past the front of the property and secondary route status for snow plowing in the winter if we get snow. We have two golden retrievers and two indoor cats (along with an automatic vacuum lol) so please like pets! BC has vaccine passports for access to some events. If you would like to access restaurants (both indoor and patios) and gyms, movie theatres, indoor sporting events and concerts in BC please make sure you have your vaccine passport or proof of vaccination. Our household is all double vaccinated.
