Apartment 2 - Short stay "Den Beer - Meerhout"

The apartment will be the perfect base for business travelers (Nike, Sanofi-Genzyme, Bp, Janssen pharmaceutica,...) as well as tourists who love to discover the region. Famous belgian cities as Turnhout, Hasselt and Antwerp can be visited during day trips. ( Special conditions for long term stay, ask me! ) Nice apartment situated on the 1st floor. The building has a history that goes back to 1671. Nowadays 3 modern apartments are situated in here, of which only this one is available on Airbnb. The apartment itself is recently constructed and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living space, both on the back side of the building with views on the large garden and access to your private terrace to relax and watch the beautiful trees and birds in the garden. You’ll also find a bathroom with shower. On the front side, 2 bedrooms are installed. One room with a large boxspring 180x200 and another room with a double bed, eatch 90x200cm. Please note that both bedrooms are on street side. Although curtains and double glass is installed I cannot exclude that traffic can be heard. Guest have also access to the large garden with centuries-old protected trees and have their own garden house to leave their bikes during their visit. I will always be available for my guest in case they need more info or help. Meerhout is a small and cosy little town in the hearth of the Campina region of Belgium. Centrally located close to highroads that lead you to big Belgian cities as Antwerp (35 minutes) and Hasselt ( 30 min) The area offers many cycling and walking paths passing the apartment. The apartment is situated in the hearth of the village town with supermarkets, bakery’s and pubs nearby. Important industrial sites are nearby as well (Nike, Total, Genzyme, BASF,…) as well as lovely forests for horseback riding, walking and cycling. You can find a big sauna and SPA complex at 5 min from the apartment. Private parking is available on the backside of the building(free). On the frontside many public (free) parking spots can be found. Normally only the corresponding number of bedrooms will be open (for example 2 people = the boxspring bedroom). The additional bedroom(double bed, bedroom) will remain closed. In order to use all 2 bedrooms, please let me know when you are making the reservation so I can prepare both. (This may result in an extra cost). If you are 3 or 4; both bedrooms will be open.
