Snipe Barn is one of eight converted barns on our family working farm. Shared facilities include Hot Tub, Fitness Barn, Soft Play Barn and Games Barn lots of fun for all the family. Snipe Barn has 3 bedrooms and a very comfortable open plan living/dining and kitchen area boasting a fully equipped kitchen with many extras. Snipe Barn is a traditional Granary which has been very sympathically converted with exposed beams and brickwork but with modern touches Snipe is flooded with natural light. On site shared Facilities included are Hot Tub, Games Barn, Fitness Barn and Soft play Barn. Cycles available for hire. Cot, high chairs and stairgates can be supplied free of charge with forward booking. Small farm shop with local and our own produce available on site. Lots of outside area to enjoy, grass and play areas for the family to enjoy. Lots of walks around the farm or local villages very rural location but with a very good pub/restaurant within easy walking distance. Opportunity if wished to see how your daily Pint of milk is produced with visits to our dairy. The local area is full of attractions and close to the large sandy beaches of Norfolk and Suffolk. Own property Facilities on site open from 6am to 10pm Walks on farm and large open spaces on site Office /reception open daily on site with intercom button for further access. Number supplied of out of office hours. Rural location in beautiful countryside Fantastic local pub within walking distance with great meals. Visits to dairy to see where your daily pinta is produced. Great walks in the countryside Own transport is preferred as public transport very limiited All facilities used by all properties the barn is situated in small complex of 8 properties. One dog per property. No dogs to be left unattended in the property at any time. We also ask that dogs are supervised at all times on a lead whilst out walking as we do have animals on site, and that our grounds are kept clean, please clean up after your Dog and put doggie waste bag in appropriate bin.
