Our comfortable apartment is located in the Town center, it has been decorated and furnished to a high specification. It's close to Corvera airport Murcia less than 15 mins drive to the historical cities of Cartagena & Murcia. There are dozens of local beaches to be explored close by if you get bored of the 16 pools, Hotel, Jacuzzi's, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all a walk away. It also has Netflix for lazy days in. Murcia is the Jewel of Spain, it is undiscovered and you will love it! Our apartment is light, airy and comfortable. We have designed the space to meet the needs of our young family or golfers or professionals and think we have the perfect space to get away from it all. The living room / dining room is a spacious open plan area that leads into the well equipped galley kitchen containing cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freeze and washer. We have provided most basics that you will need during your stay. Please use whatever you find, but do replace if you use the last of something. The living room has a large comfortable sofa where you can kick back and relax watching TV on a big screen with European channels and Netflix for a night at home. (Great Pizza is one min away too) The dining table can seat up to 4 comfortably and lends itself to long cosy evenings around the table! There is a balcony overlooking the town square, ideal for people watching and a bigger table is set up for alfresco dining with a glass or two of the local wine! With all the pools and beaches nearby we have provided chairs, tables and essential beach kit... just remember to bring it back. We have a very large airy master bedroom with balcony access, TV, built in wardrobe complete with hangers and a vanity unit. In the lounge we have two overnight beds that can be set up easily sleeping an additional two guests. We are able to arrange for bikes, Xbox, Fishing rods and golf club to be dropped by at little cost if needed. We can also arrange for a driver if required by day or half day or airport transfers. We have good fast WiFi in all the rooms and plenty of space to set up a home office. Access to all rooms and balcony with all contents of the apartment for your use. Guests also have access to all the facilities of the resort with gardens and 18 pools to use and all facilities inc 24 outdoor gyms. We are available to help and are just a quick call away. So it can be lively in the Summer which we love most about it, one min walk away from the bars and restaurants. Private parking in the basement or outside the building, 24 hour security in the gated resort and well lit at night ensuring your safety. While everything you need is in the resort we do advise getting a car to see Murcia, Cartegana and the 30 beaches less than 20 mins away. For guests without a car there is a train station a short cab ride away. 7 euro to the train station and trains are really only a few Euro to the nearest towns. If you want a relaxed holiday and plan to stay mainly in the area you don't need a car but there is so much to explore nearby that we do recommend getting one. Supermarket is only 2 minutes walk and just 5 mins by car to Roldan where a Dia is located. Just 20mins north of the apartment will lead you to the area's best beaches including Lo Pagan, Santiago de la ribera, Los Alcazares and 25mins south to Cala Cortina in Cartagena and La Manga. Balsicas station is only 10mins by car and just 15mins to Cartagena and 20mins to Murcia City centre. For those who love shopping, this is in abundance with Dos Mares shopping mall, Zenia Boulevard and easy access to Murcia and Cartagena where you can find El Corte Ingles to name a few. Restaurants nearby includes Clubhouse restaurant, 3 restaurants including an authentic pizzeria and Ice-cream parlor as well as an Irish pub opened until 2:30am. Markets every Tuesday and Thursday in nearby Balsicas and Roldan.
