Our spacious (110sqm 1180sq ft) light and airy two bed apt opens onto a large deck for dining and relaxing. A library compliments the large living area - plus modern kitchen/breakfast room. Even in less clement weather, large French Doors allow lovely natural light. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (one king-sized) and easy bathroom access. Ideally suited to two couples or a family. We also have an additional comfortable extra bed for a 5th person. There is a large dual aspect sitting and dining room, a further smaller sitting room, a good sized kitchen breakfast room and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There are comfortable sofas for relaxing. Smart TV with Netflix, Sky TV etc. With a private entrance and own key, the property is fully available throughout for guest use. Hosts Philip and Jane live in an apartment upstairs which is completely separate but are delighted to welcome you. The flat and garden is yours to use during your stay however. We can be available to help with any questions if you wish. Whiteleaf is pretty, leafy village. We are within close walking of two pubs and and an excellent coffee shop that does great breakfasts. A nine hole golf course is also within walking distance. Access to the woods for excellent walks and further rambles is on the doorstep without the need for a car too(URL HIDDEN) Princes Risborough town (pop 9,000, high street about a mile) - from which the Chiltern line fast train service departs/arrives taking 35-40 mins into Marylebone. Within 250 metres is a bus stop which services PR and towns such as Aylesbury & High Wycombe. There is ample parking within the property. By Air: London Heathrow 45 mins by taxi which can be booked for you in advance on confirmation. Cost C65 GBP. Alternative is into London and out to PR Station leaving from London Marylebon(URL HIDDEN)By Rail: 1.5 miles from Princes Risborough Station. We are able to pick you up from the station given notice. There is also a local taxi service. Princes Risborough provides good amenities; including supermarkets, specialist shops and further coffee shops. Easy access to Marlow and Henley on the Thames, Wendover and Thame - along with the larger towns of High Wycombe and Aylesbury where live theatres and several Cinemas are available.
