The home is very spacious. It's located in a quite secure neighborhood ideal for persons with tools stored in trucks. Drive way fits 7 cars, garage fits 3. The house is 3400 sq.ft., has 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor is extra large and can sleep up to four people (as big as a studio apartment). It has its own attached bathroom. There is a 43" flat screen TV with cable and internet. King size bed with 2 night stands. Extra large bath tub and separate shower stall in private restroom. Walk in closet. There is another giant bedroom on the 2nd floor that can sleep 4 - 8 people. it also has a 182" 3D TV/Movie projector and internet access. There is a custom closet with glass doors. Inside the closet is a queen size murphy bed, 3 motorized movie theater style chairs, a motorized love seat with phone chargers and two queen air mattresses. There are two (2) additional bedrooms on the second floor of the house. One of which has two twin beds. There is also (1) guest bedroom on the first floor. There's a large dinning room separate from the kitchen and living room. The family room is really large and has a 50" screen TV, cable, internet, sofa and all the usual furniture. Full access to backyard with gazebo with an outdoor projector, patio furniture, outdoor dining, zen garden, 2 propane barbecue pits, one charcoal or wood smoker pit. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room with HTDV, backyard, Wi-Fi, laundry (washer/dryer) machine, and all the other shared parts of the house. (Please do not wash comforter covers, or waterproof mats in the washing machine or it will break.) There are 3 tv's with AppleTV which has Netflix access. There is a keyless door code that will be provided on the day of check in. My name is Alphonso Thompson and I am the owner at of the home. I will be doing a walk through at the check in. **There is a strict cancellation policy. * This is a family and kids friendly property. There is an Elementary School and Middle school around the corner. Softball field, huge park, and fishing pond also around the corner. Having a car is recommended when renting this property as public transport via bart is 10 miles away. The house has a driveway big enough to fit a boat. It can fit 5 cars. Very quiet and safe neighborhood in the SF bay suburbs. This town is located in the river delta and has a very green and countryside look to it. There's a public park around the corner and school down the street. There's vineyards and cherry orchards are on Sellers Blvd, down the street. Culturally and racially diverse with the best weather in the entire SF bay.
