Great Higham Oast: Sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms, 1 reception room, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and 1 WC. Entered through the hallway with room for coats and boots, leading to the spacious open plan living area. Ground Floor Sitting Area: Open plan with seating for 10, TV / DVD player and Sky TV are available. Kitchen: Equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and extractor fan, the adjoining dining table seats 10. Family bedroom (sleeps 4) - 2 x zip link single beds (Double bed available on request), 1x standard single bed, 1x pull out single bed and a wood burning stove. WC with wash hand basin Second Floor Master bedroom (sleeps 2) double bed, en-suite with shower cubicle Twin bedrooms (sleeps 2) single beds (double on request) Twin bedrooms (sleeps 2) single beds (double on request) ​Family bathroom with bath and hand-held shower over Outside Outside there is a south facing patio which seats 10 and a BBQ and further outside space to the rear. Undercover car parking for two cars is available. Cherry Cottage and Plum Cottage: both sleep 4. Sitting room: French doors lead to patio area, wood burning stove with an ample supply of logs, sofas (1 sofa bed), TV/DVD, WiFi Kitchen: breakfast bar, washing machine, fridge, electric oven, electric hobs, microwave oven and kettle. Dining table seats four Galleried twin bedroom (sleeps 2), 2 single beds Family bathroom on the ground floor, bath, integral shower Secluded garden (not enclosed) with BBQ, patio and seating for 4. Private covered off road parking for two cars. Shared use of outside swimming pool and tennis courts. A security deposit of £500 is required at this property.  This is a carbon neutral development and all heating is supplied by the estates own coppiced woodland at no charge to the holidaymaker. In addition, much of the electricity comes from a renewable source. All logs for the wood burner are provided free of charge. Guests use the pool facilities at their own risk, and due to harsh chemicals used for maintenance purposes some skin types may react. Please note the pool is heated, and available from Good Friday to 31st October, but is weather dependent. Pool towels are not provided, please bring your own. Guests who are using Great Higham Farm as a celebration venue should be aware that music is only permitted until midnight. Please be respectful of neighbouring properties and refrain from making any noise after this time. Please note fireworks/chinese lanterns are not permitted at this property. BBQ's are coal fuelled - The coal is not supplied Pets are welcome. If you wish to bring a pet please let us know. Please note additional pet charges are £30 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
