Beautiful Annex in Southdowns National Park

The property is a recently built self-contained annex above the garage nestled into the South Downs. It offers a spacious open plan living area suitable for 2 guests. A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi. Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror. Guest access You can access the front garden and adjoining field with the most stunning views through the Dyke and also along the Downs to Chanctonbury Ring. There is a picnic bench for your own private use in the field. Our home is located next to two walking paths – one up the Dyke along the South Downs Way and the other along the Dyke valley. Off road parking is available. Other things to note Open plan living area is up a staircase and bathroom is downstairs. An additional single floor mattress / bedding is available on request (there maybe a small supplement charge for an extra guest). We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress free as possible. We live in the main house opposite the annex and will try to be available during your stay. At the foot of Devils Dyke we are situated within the Southdowns National Park, surrounded by spectacular scenery with walks leading off in all directions from the doorstep. With Gatwick Airport only 20 mins away & Brighton City centre 5 miles. With 2 local pubs serving excellent food & drinks (one within 5 minutes walking distance) and award winning farm shop with great local produce. Visit the local farms in lambing season. Explore the south down way & experience the amazing panoramic views. Our house is in between two bridal paths to the Southdowns Way and only 5 minutes walk to Saddlescombe Farm. It's stunning and such a relaxing place to visit. There is a bus from Poynings roundabout into Brighton every 30 minutes. However, it is easier to visit places via car or foot! You can walk to our local pub in the village within 5 minutes or hike up Devil's Dyke to the pub on the top within 30 minutes. We have the most incredible walking routes on our doorstep.
