Small Cosy Single room in Chineham

I am COVID aware, and taking care of a relaxed mindful environment. My comfortable home is on a peaceful quiet private small road by a copse of trees. Old Basing village pubs, Chineham shops Chineham Business Park off Crockford Lane, Kingsland Business park off Wade Road, and Businesses in Lutyen's close are walkable or a few mins in the car. Basingstoke town center is about 10 mins by car. Weekday 3 /4-night bookings take priority, however, do ask as 1 or 2 nights may be available. what I love about my home is the peacefulness it brings being close to the countryside of Old Basingstoke yet living in the corner of a small housing estate in Chineham. The A33 is close the M4 is 20 mins M3 is 5 mins. Rosy my cat loves the garden and has her own cat door, Freeview she is very friendly. The single room has a new Freeview on the wall at the end of the bed the bed is on the left side of the room and fits wall to wall it has a double duvet. There are fitted wardrobes on the other side of the room with plenty of space for your clothes and bags. There is a blackout blind as well as window blinds in the room. It is a small compact room I have been told it is cosy.The bathroom is shared and It is use of the shower only. I provide bedroom use of the kitchen, microwave, dishes help yourself to organic tea & coffee, clean bedding/towels shampoo/shower gel. The house is only a few miles out of town so very convenient there is a regular bus service No 7 to & from Chineham shopping centre, with Domino's pizza, Tescos, M&S food store, costa coffee, Boots & Iceland . 3 pubs in Old Basing and 1 in Chineham. Also, there is an Indian restaurant. The Bathroom maybe shared at times. I do not accept guests that want to stay in the house all day as well as all night or want to use the house as an office. If you work night shifts let me know.I mainly do accept shift workers. Please always state your intentions when booking. The microwave, fridge freezer, and kettle is available to use. There is free parking 1 space is opposite my house or on the drive, and if that is being used you can park down on the right hand side or around the corner. For your convenience there is a key safe to let your self in. I won't always be able to be in to greet you on your arrival. When this is the case I will let you know and will message you all the details etc. There is the use of an iron & board and blow dryer ask me and I will organise it for you. If there is something you need or you have forgotten to bring with you, please ask I will do my best to help you. I was shielding for over a year. I think now it's important to be mindful of each other in a relaxed environment. I am happy to help you if I can do ask. My home in chineham which is one of the best areas in Basingstoke,is placed a stones throw from the country side of Old Basing.We have the peacefulness of what the countryside brings plus bird's & squirrels and if your lucky you may see a deer or a fox. With modern living in the quiet of a small housing estate in Chineham. The house is only a few miles out of town so very convenient, To walk takes about 40 minutes. There is a regular bus service no 7 from Chineham shopping centre. The shops in Chineham are Domino's pizza, Tescos, M&S food store, costa coffee,Boots & Iceland. And 3 pubs in Old Basing and 1 in Chineham.Also there is a Indian restaurant. A33 by Chineham and the M4 is about 20 mins and M3 is about 10 mins in the car depending on traffic. There is a bus stop at Chineham shopping centre it is around a 20 minute walk on the main path or around 10- 15 minutes on the forest path that is dimly lit at night. There is also a stop on the old reading road that is closer. The train station is about 15 minutes in the car depending on traffic. There are trains running regularly to London Waterloo around it takes around 50 minutes. I have a Single room a Double and an En-suite room to chose from. Arrival and departure can be arranged to suit your needs just ask. 1 or 2 nights when available has a £10 cleaning charge to be added. Please inquire availablity.
