Garlands Retreat provides a comfortable and well equipped family holiday home with its own garden, conveniently situated in a quiet rural location with views over the nearby horse riding school paddocks. Located midway between the historic town of Dover with its famous Castle, and the quaint seaside town of Deal. `Garlands Retreat` adjoins the owner’s house and stands in their own grounds of just over one acre in the small village of Sutton-by-Dover. The Retreat has its own fenced garden and patio area with sun beds and barbecue. For those equestrian fans, there is a riding school within easy walking distance and a little further down the road, a caravan site clubhouse offers seasonal entertainment. Accommodation comprises: Two double bedrooms – one with double bed, the other with two singles. Ample hanging space and drawers. Bathroom comprising shower with fold-down seat, WC, washbasin with cupboards under. Country style kitchen with full size cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Spacious lounge/diner with two comfy settees, TV, freeview, DVD player and dining table with six chairs. Additional information: Full central heating. Fenced garden with patio area.
