Large private bedroom in a new townhouse

This townhouse is new. The decor is modern and fresh. The double room is a lovely size with new furniture, new silent night mattress, TV with catch-up channels/Netflix and desk area with coffee/Tea and a mini fridge. The room is on the second floor with a wide landing area which lead to private bathroom. The room offers complete privacy for an overnight stay. The area has a good bus route to Hatfield and WGC. At the back of the estate you can access the local bird reserve. The town house stretch over 3 floors. The large guest room is on the top floor with a private bathroom with all the extras. The doors can be locked for security. The room has a TV, Broadband, small fridge/freezer, electric kettle, a tray with tea/coffee selection, filter water, hair drier, a desk and chair with drawers. A large double built-in wardrobe with exta pillows, blankets, towels and hangers. Steam iron and iron board next to bathroom in water storage cupboard. Hallway entrance, down stairs WC, back garden through kitchen, kitchen to use microwave, stairs and landing areas Questions can be asked any time during the stay, I am happy to help. Guests can have full privacy during stay with no interruption. Very good access to main roads, train stations, good for shopping, local parks for walking, Golf club and cricket club in area. Local bird reserve at back of estate walking distance from house. Bus station 2 min walk from main door going in both directions, one to WGC and Hatfield, service run every 15 to 20 min. Parking in estate for one car with a permit or parking in drive. Uber/Taxi from hospital entrance. We have small pets in the house, a dog and cats. They have their own space and is not allowed in any of the bedrooms. We also do not have any litter trays inside the property. The cats sleeps most of the day and we only see them when they get fed. The back kitchen door has a pet flap for them to be free as possible. We take security very serious and make sure you understand how to lock the front door properly.
