This detached three bedroom cottage can sleep 6 people and has 2 bathrooms, set in the country side of Wiltshire. The Moat Cottage is a detached property formerly the gardener’s residence to an historic moat house. 6 people will be able to enjoy the three bedrooms available to them; One king size double with an ensuite, WC and basin, one four poster double, and one twin room. Inside the cottage has kept its original character and features, while at the same time providing stylish and ‘state-of-the-art’ accommodation. You will be charmed with the original brick work, small pane windows and exposed beams. The cottage has underfloor heating along with top of the range kitchen and bathroom appliances, traditionally made Geoge Smith furniture and Porta Romana lamps. Alongside this there are two living rooms, with one having a wood burning stove for those cold evenings in The Moat Cottage. Amenities: Underfloor heating, woodburner. Large oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, integral dishwasher, integral washer/dyer. TV, DVD, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Region: Wiltshire is a county offering cultural richness, historical sites, friendly people and attractions for all the family. A holiday in Wiltshire really does have something to suit everyone at any time of year. Town: Salisbury is a great visit for those who are interested in history, with 13th century cathedral a hotspot as well as Cathedral Close, which is home to some of the oldest houses in England. Bath is easily accessible from Salisbury too; only a 45 minute ride on a direct train journey from Salisbury Station, while the capital of Wessex, Winchester, and Jane Austin Country are close to the east. Britford itself has one of the oldest Saxon churches in the country.
