Ground floor comprises living area with a kitchenette unit (no cooker) and the shower room and toilet. The first floor is occupied by a spacious double bedroom with double bed and dual aspect windows. The rear yard is south facing and enjoys the sun for the most of the day. The property is located 15 min from Peak District. Self contained and private space with separate access and it own shower room. Located at the rear of the main property away from the road traffic and surrounded by high trees. Very comfortable space with separate living area and bedroom, cosy and warm with the french door opening on to the south facing garden. Newly fitted shower room and basic kitchen appliances. Self access with the key stored in a key safe. The code will be available the day before the arrival date. We are happy to meet and great our guests when we are around and it is practical. We do respect our guests' privacy and are happy to provide local tips and information. Quiet and peaceful village with good access to Sheffield and Peak District. Well located just 5 minutes away from J35 M1 and 15 minutes drive from Peak District park. Sheffield city centre reachable within 20 minutes drive and Meadowhall within 15 minutes. Local restaurants and food shops within 10 minutes walk. Buses into town available on the door step. Local free of charge car park is available next to the house.
