A 2 minute stroll will take you to the famous Wild Rabbit Restaurant and the ‘UK’s Dining pub of the year 2019’, The Kingham Plough. A 2 minute drive or 30 minute walk will lead you to another renowned culinary destination, Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, Restaurant and Spa. Famous Cotswold villages surround the area including Stow on the Wold, Burford and Bourton on the Water. The cottage is in the picturesque village of Kingham, voted the UK's best village by Country Life magazine. It is situated in the Evenlode valley, a short distance from the well-known Cotswold market towns of Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Norton. It has a handy village shop and two award winning pubs. The famous Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Spa is a 20 minute walk down a scenic bridal-path out of the village. Walks in and around Kingham are beautiful, not to mention the stunning sunsets over the lane. Kingham railway station is about a mile from the centre of the village with a direct mainline service operating to and from London Paddington in 90 minutes.
