Modern ensuite double room near Arborfield Studios

Beautiful, comfortable room in my charming home just south of Reading, Berkshire. Perfect for if you're here for work, a wedding, short break, or holiday. Arborfield Studios is just 4 mins away. I have another double room and single room available should you require it. Your room is a private room and you have your own ensuite with shower. The house is only a year old so everything is clean and fresh. You're welcome to use the kitchen/diner room too. I sometimes work from home and am always happy to help when I am around to give you tips on where to go and what to do. Where I can, I will try my best to meet you in person. I'm friendly, polite & happy to chat but equally happy to let you do your own thing and come & go as you please. We live in a new development which is quiet and has been beautifully landscaped. There is a lovely play park opposite the house and you may follow the cycle routes through meadows and the wood all the way to California County Park. Arborfield Film Studios are 1 mile away (5 min drive or a 25 min walk through the housing estate. Note: do not walk along the A327). Taxi to studios: Prestige Cars costs: 6am-11pm: £10-£12, 11pm-6am: £11-£16. Situated 5 minutes drive from the local pub. There is also a local craft brewery that serves pizza within pleasant a 15 min walk. Reading Oracle shopping centre's 8 miles, 20-minute drive which features a cinema, the Hexagon Theatre, many bars, restaurants and take-away outlets. Wokingham, a lovely market town is 5.5 miles, 15-minute drive away which has an array of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Reading train station is 9.3 miles away and takes 21 mins by car. It has frequent and quick connections to London, Oxford, Bristol, Southampton and a Railair (coach) service to Heathrow airport. Wokingham Station is 4.8 miles away and takes 13 mins to drive to. There are buses going to Reading and Wokingham stations within a 5-15 min walk. The bus takes 45 mins to Reading and 36 mins to Wokingham.
