This Modern Villa is located within a private urbanization on a quiet mountain on Margarita Island. A few minutes from the beaches, shopping centers and tourist attractions. It is a spacious Villa, open concept, with excellent lighting and pleasant decoration, the property is well equipped and has everything you need to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the magical experience of being on a mountain near the Caribbean Sea. It is a modern, quiet and bright space that has an open concept floor on the first floor with a spacious kitchen, dining room, a great room, private gym and an outdoor backyard. On the upper floor there is a small room overlooking the pool, three rooms decorated and well equipped for your rest and comfort. Each of the rooms has: -Double bed -Private bathroom with hot water -Hygiene items -Towels -Closet -Air-conditioning This second floor also has two outdoor terraces; one with a view of palm trees to the swimming pool of the neighborhood and another with a view of the highest mountain on Margarita Island; this one has a Jacuzzi and comfortable furniture where you can relax, sunbathe or simply enjoy this mountainous view with incredible sunsets. The Villa has potable water, Wi-Fi, Streaming, sound system, full equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, water tank and others. The Villa is located within a safe and quiet neighborhood that has common areas where you can enjoy and relax. The neighborhood has a large pool, one for children and a jacuzzi, green areas, a small basketball court, barbecue and playground. The parking lot is located right in front of the Villa. The Villa is located in a private and quiet residential complex on a hill in a central point of the Island that will allow you to easily reach any of your destinations. The Villa is shared with the host, who is located in an annex within the property and will be available to assist you and help you with whatever you need. The stay includes cooking service and personalized attention. Note: Except for breakfast, the food and drink to be consumed must be brought by the guest You will also have the option to enjoy our themed brunches and dinners for an additional cost. We offer private vehicle service with driver, guided visits to places of tourist and gastronomic interest, airport transfers and more ... The Villa has washer and dryer service for an additional cost. We have a little pet named Gucci, a naughty and playful 3-year-old Yorkshire.
