3 double bedrooms near Harry Potters Studios

My place is close to Harry Potters Museum and London. There is a park 1 mins by foot with kids playground etc.... You’ll love my place because it is modern with a brand new kitchen, but has lots of nice Victorian features... It has a nice fireplace and is cosy.... My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). I have a lovely cat Willow who will be in the house. He is very friendly and loves cuddles. No loud parties allowed as I will be sharing the house with guests This is a terraced Victorian property... with a lot of cachet. The 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as your own bathroom with toilet. We will share all rooms on the ground floor apart from the shower in the bathroom. I have my bedroom and toilet in the basement so this is is out of boundary. The garden / patio is also accessible. I will be around to help most evenings even though I may be in or out but will try to meet the guests during their stay if they require any assistance. There is a nice park round the corner for the kids to play. I have garden games at their disposal. There are also a lot of restaurants walking distance : Chinese, fish and chips, pub, Indian, Italian, Turkish ..... You can walk to Watford Junction in 15 mins to take trains to Euston (fast one takes 20 mins).... you can walk to town where there is a large Intu shopping Centre. You can park in front or near the house as there are no parking restrictions. I have lots of boards games for the guests to use if they fancy. Guests will be expected to put all used towels, flat sheets and pillow cases in the laundry basket so I can do a wash quickly.
