Our house overlooks the grounds of Bolsover Castle and the entrance is on the same street. We are living in a conservation area and the house is Grade 2 The Peak District is 11.6 miles Chatsworth House is 15.8 miles Hardwick Hall is 22 miles Chesterfield is 6.3 miles There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a stand-alone shower and bath We have a large drawing room and a dining room. We have a patio with seating, lawn and the garden is blooming. We have a lovely kitchen with appliances Our front windows are 3 metres high And locally we are known as the Salt&Pepper house We have parking although the entrance is narrow. There is also a free public car park moments away There is a good bus route and taxi services Bolsover Castle Chatsworth House Hardwick Hall Chesterfields twisted spire and the legend Parking onsite and nearby
