This is a traditional house with beautifully designed spaces – enough to accommodate a family of 6. There are two bedrooms – each one for 2 people – and a room with a couchehe for 2 children and a bathroom. The house is fully – furnished and has all the necessary elecrical appliances. At the kitchen you can find all kind of equipment you may need to cook. There is a sofa and a fireplace at the living – room but there is also a dining room from where you can enjoy your meal looking at the beautiful sea view. At the entrance of the villa, there is a big veranda with stone benches, a table and chairs. The garden of the house provides a safe place to park your car. Ground floor of 75 m2 All the house is fully accesible for the guests I will be available for every help you need in the house, also for any information you might need for small trips and info about the area The villas are situated 1 km outside the village at a wonderful location by the sea. They are built at a spot of unique natural beauty. At a green estate, full of orange trees, lemon trees, olive trees and plane trees there are two independent villas, Galinotis (Serene) and Goitia (Charm) They are surrounded by a lot of green and flowers. The beautiful plane trees provide you with plenty of shadow in summer and wonderful scenery for the rest of the gear. Only a few meters away, there is the small and quiet beach where you can enjoy swimming and the rest of summer sports (surfing, diving, speed boats e.t.c) Close to them, there is the really small but really beautiful village of Skaloma which makes the best choice to visit in your everyday walks. At the east you will find Panagia a small church among plane trees and eucalyptuses. You can relax there and enjoy the magnificent sunset. At a short distance there is the village of Marathias where you can find shops, taverns and pubs. You can also experience the greek hospitality by meeting the people of the village and having a closer look at their life-style. In our area all four seasons are ideal for your vacations. The climate is warm an average of 25 degrees C. Marathias is situated at the west coast of the Korinthian bay in the state of Fokida. The village extends in a magical place, where the mountains around it provide a natural shelter and the clear blue sea embraces it. It stands on such a passage of the state of Fokida that it is only a few hours far from Delphi, Olympia, Athens, Epidavros, Parnassos mountains and other historical sites in Greece. Its only 20 km from Nafpaktos an historical city of Greece where the famus battle of Lepanto took place centuries ago. There you can find all things you might need for your vacation.
