The Retreat, Nottingham

The Retreat, Spacious bright rooms with self serve breakfast included, tranquil gardens in a quiet residential location, free parking and within easy reach of Nottingham Theatres and local amenities. The guest room is a bright spacious double room 14 feet x 10 feet. It has a King size 800 pocket sprung mattress bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, chair and two bedside tables with lamps. TV in the room, Tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, towels and toileteries are also provided. The bathroom is shared and comes with a newly fitted shower and whirlpool bath. Full use of kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV to relax in. There is also a conservatory with a working library to read and relax in as well as access to a large garden to sit in. I interact with guests or leave them in peace to relax and unwind. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Very close to Woodthorpe Park which is a large recreational park to walk/run round with gardens, Tropical House, small garden centre and cafe. A short walk to Sherwood will find you a variety of small shops, cafes (recommend The Crimson Tree), restaurants, public houses and takeaway facilities. The property is located in a cul-de-sac where there is free parking available. The nearest bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk away and next to a Tesco Express (open to 11pm 7 days a week). I am also a dog sitter and will occasionally have dogs staying with me, but they are only just small ones. If this may be problem for you, please don’t hesitate to contact me to check in advance. There is a separate charge of £10 per night, boarding fee for dogs (paid separately by arrangement). I also have a large DVD, Video and CD collection which can be used by guests.
