Lovely family house with great view

This is a well equipped three bedroom house, it sleeps 6 comfortably with two extra singles if needed at an extra cost. The main family bathroom is situated downstairs, there is however a small en-suite with toilet and shower in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Yoxford is a convenient base from which to visit all along the heritage coast. Please note: No pets allowed Three bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people comfortably, there are two extra single beds if needed at and extra cost. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a good sized garden, which is perfect for children as it is fully enclosed. There is a table and seating. We live locally and are always about if needed to give directions and advice. Yoxford is a lovely, friendly village, there is a very good pub which does excellent food, also two excellent restaurants, three antique shops plus a local shop. There are some lovely walks in and around the village, Yoxford is on the tourist route, and it is a convenient base to visit the Heritage Coastal towns between Orford, Aldeburgh and Southwold, visiting local castles and Sutton Hoo, the animal park Africa Alive, Snape Maltings, bird reserves including Minsmere which featured in BBC Springwatch in 2014, or participating in swimming, golf, horse riding, cycling, canoeing and the world crabbing championships at Walberswick. There is a train station Darsham which is approx. 2 miles away and transport can be organised to pick up from there. There is a limited public transport service located in the village. There is ample parking on and off road . Under no circumstances will we allow dogs into the property, if you choose to bring a dog you will be asked to find it alternative accomodation, there are several boarding kennels in the area. If you bring you dog you will be asked to find it other accomodation or you will be asked to leave. Weekly bookings are normally Friday to Friday.
