The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy living room and open fire, a bedroom, bathroom and the activity room with pool table. While on the upper floor there are the remaining three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, the fitness room with equipment and another bathroom. The outside area is extremely well equiped with a pool for the hot summer days, badminton court, swing area with trampoline which will keep children of all ages entertained. The outside kitchen with grill is ideal for enjoying outdoor dining with plenty of seating area. A visit to the historical town of Split is well worth a visit if you want a day out.
