Cosy two bedroom first floor apartment which is well equipped for all your self-catering needs. Beautifully decorated with new carpets throughout. The front room is comfortable light and airy. There is a table to use as a work space or for dining, smart tv, sky, broadband and dvd. Kitchen & bathroom are of good size with all the comforts you will need. Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of drawers & a wardrobe to use. There is a small rear garden with patio area. Our place is modern, warm and welcoming and immaculately clean. It is well equipped for all your cooking needs. You can relax in the evening after a hard day at work or after sightseeing the great North East and Northumberland coast by watching the TV or if you prefer you can plug in your music to our mini hifi and settle down for a cosy evening. Just treat our space as your space for the time you are there and relax. The bathroom has a bath or overhead shower to use, the choice is yours. There is plenty shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to use and of course we have bubbles too if you prefer a nice relaxing bath. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of space in each to move around, there is also space for a travel cot if needed. Please note there are no baby gates provided in this property so please be vigilant with the front and back stairs if you have small children. Guest have full access to the Apartment. Our neighbourhood is centrally located for almost everything from doing business deals at the Cobalt Business Park to some retail therapy at the Siliverlink Retail Park, where there is also a 10 screen cinema with restaurants and bars. We are approximately 5 minutes away by car from the Royal Quays Shopping Outlet, the Parks Sports Centre, the Port of Tyne International Ferry Terminal and the lovely Royal Quays Marina that has bars and restaurants too. We are also a short walk away from a large Tesco Extra 24hr supermarket where you can get all your groceries. We have great local transport links for the bus and metro services. There are plenty of local taxi offices who are very reasonably priced and some offer set fares to the city and beyond. Tynemouth was recently voted the best place to live in the North East and we are approximately a 5-10 minute drive away from this lovely village. Whitley Bay and Cullercoats are also beautiful and have lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We are also only 12 miles from Newcastle International Airport and 8 miles from Newcastle Central Train Station (approximately 15-20 mins by car). We are 1 mile from the Tyne Tunnel and the A19 which is a direct link to Scotland and the Northumberland Coastal Route such as the lovely historic towns of Alnwick (where the famous Castle is and where Harry Potter was filmed) Bamborough Castle, Seahouses, Amble, Berwick and Edinburgh, the list is endless!
