Cosy garden room in a picturesque village

Our beautiful new garden room has been finished to a very high standard with quality oak flooring and high levels of insulation to keep you cosy and warm. There are lovely views over our garden which you are welcome to wander around and sit out in. We provide a simple breakfast of cereal, toast (using homemade bread) pastries or croissants, yoghurt and fruit. Ample off road parking. The house is situation in Cleeve Prior - a gorgeous little village with a friendly village pub/restaurant. There are plenty of walks starting from our house and taking in the River Avon. We have additional accommodation in the house for an extra two people in our double ensuite room (see separate listing). Breakfast of cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt and fruit is included. Tall Trees is set in the pretty English village of Cleeve Prior close to the picturesque waterside village of Bidford upon Avon. Evesham, Stratford upon Avon and the beautiful Cotswolds town of Broadway are a short drive away. There are some lovely cycling or running routes and there is a lovely spot for wild swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding 5/10mins walk from the house. There are numerous walks locally - just head out of the front door! We can lend you maps! Cycling is very popular in this area. The River Avon is 10 mins walk and the Shakespeare & Avon Way passes the village. There is a bus that goes through Cleeve Prior to Evesham which has a railway station.
