MASTER+EN-SUITE SHOWER #YourCosySpace Must have: MASTER Bedroom + ENSUITE shower, is as it says ‘cosy’: there’s a king-size bed with a mattress topper for extra comfort. We’ve given you cupboard & drawer space for hanging & placing your clothes and luggage. The ensuite shower-room is a treat for privacy and convenience. Front facing bedroom with a view onto a green: classic rustic feel with the hues of mushroom and earth colours. Your cosy MASTER BEDROOM+ ENSUITE shower room, is a front-facing room with a scenic view of the green. It’s a fairly quiet neighbourhood Our rooms are very popular so make your booking at the earliest to avoid disappointment. We give extra special treatment to all our guests but in particular our ‘returners/regulars’ who become part of our ‘cosy rooms family’ We’re always delighted to have guests back. With this booking, you’ll have use of the shared conservatory & kitchen/breakfast room, and you’ll be able to use the kitchen fridge/freezer (the second fridge/freezer is in another area of the house attached to the conservatory) Please note; we have adopted a kitten who will be 17 weeks at the end of October; Meishka (Russian for Baby Bear) is friendly, calm and lots of fun; he is an indoor cat and stays on the ground floor only and is mostly in our private lounge area, ground floor bedroom (when it's not occupied), and shared conservatory. He doesn't go upstairs at all and you wouldn't even know there was a cat living with us! I'm actually allergic to cat fur, hence why he doesn't sleep upstairs. Guests will be personally welcomed by the Host or Co-Host at a suitable time after 5pm. You’ll love the amenities during your stay. Our cosy home is light, with a positive energy. You have access to the kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory Angela, our co-host and I (Host), as well as a couple of other members of our team (who work in the background), commit ourselves to enhancing our guest experience by going out of the way to ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay. We have house rules and guidelines to have a good stay, for all our guests. PLEASE NOTE: NO ALCOHOL, NO PORK, NO MEATAND NO MALE GUESTS Angela, our Co-Host is available when a need arises during your stay, either via messaging or meeting in person. We are walking distance from the HARRY POTTER STUDIO TOUR & Leavesden Film Studios. Our area is lush green with wonderful places to walk Off-street parking is available and has never been a problem. The no.10 bus from the local postoffice on Haines Road (2mins walk), takes you to Watford Junction Station, and the town centre in 15-20mins FEMALE GUESTS only: 15 minute bus-ride to Watford; 5-10 minute walk to Leavesden Film studios & Harry Potter Tour; Please note: no alcohol, no meat on the premises.
