Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and has plenty of off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement) We are just a few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our new build apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations. Our bright, airy apartment is split over 2 floors: GROUND FLOOR Entrance Hall with bistro table & chairs - kitchen to the front and shower room to the rear. Kitchen has a double oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kickspace heater etc Shower room with digital shower and heated towel rail FIRST FLOOR Vaulted Landing with dressing table/desk and built-in wardrobe Large Bedroom/Living Room with King size bed, 40” Smart TV (with Freeview/Catch-Up) two club chairs and coffee table. The flat has its own dedicated wireless access point with high speed broadband speed checked at 68Mbps. There are USB/USB C charge points in the Kitchen and by the bedside cabinets As the space was created for family and friends to stay there is no washing machine/dryer. The Velux roof windows have thermal blackout blinds and the dormer windows have blackout roller blinds. Sorry but no pets or smoking/vaping due to family allergies. No children (18+ only) and no candles or naked flames. Self Check-in/Checkout possible using lockbox by arrangement and a separate video doorbell has now been installed to provide direct assistance to guests if we are out when guests check in. Sole access to the apartment which has its own front door - with doorbell so you don't miss takeaway deliveries! There is ample parking available. There is no guest access to the garden of the main house. The flat is detached from the house and is completely self-contained with a separate front door. The apartment is adjacent to our family house in the Fleet Conservation Area and is set back from the main road. Fleet high street has a good range of shops within a few minutes walking distance: Boots, WH Smith, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Costa, Starbucks, Banks and building societies. There are lots of pubs (including a Weatherspoons), restaurants and takeaways within walking distance including Indian, Chinese, Italian and Thai as well as Domino's, McDonalds and KFC! The new Hart Leisure Centre is also within walking distance, as is Fleet Cricket Club and Calthorpe Park and the Basingstoke canal offers good walks to canal side pubs. Note that the Fleet Half Marathon and Fleet 10k start on the main in front of the house so access may be restricted briefly during these events. Ample free parking at the property but we assume you are bringing just one vehicle unless agreed beforehand. We are approximately 1 mile from Fleet Station which normally has taxis outside and there is a bus service at peak times. High speed internet is provided through a dedicated wireless access point - this is managed Powered over Ethernet (PoE) device which alarms if unplugged
