My place is less than 1 mile away / 17 mins walk from Leavesden/Harry porter studios. Kitchen, living room, garden I am happy to answer any questions over phone/email or face to face when you arrive. Very quiet residential area yet easily accessible and linked to transport facilities to London. Harry Potter studios is only 1 mile away.
