A self contained barn conversion with kitchenette including fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, instant and filter coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, breakfast cereal and fresh fruit included. A cosy sitting area with oil burning stove, dining/work table. Shower room with basin and WC. Sleeping area separated by reclaimed winery screen. Blasford Hill is on the edge of Little Waltham village which has a gastro pub; The White Hart which is approx a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. There is a Post Office and village store in Great Waltham which is a 5 minute drive. There is an M&S food store in Broomfield Hospital. There are several scenic country walks on our doorstep including the Little Waltham Nature Reserve. Chelmsford city centre and railway station is a 10-12 minute drive. Broomfield Hospital and Farleigh Hospice are a 10 minute walk. We are ideally situated for all major routes in and out of Chelmsford. There are buses from outside the door to Chelmsford, Braintree and Colchester. Stansted airport is 18 minute drive. We are a 5 minute drive from the Chelmsford park and ride scheme. Anglia Ruskin University is 8 minute drive. We are close to Maiden's Barn, Channels, Little Channels Estate and Leez Priory wedding venues. Parking is only available during stay
