Thanks to the organization of the large rooms and the variety of leisure activities, this is the ideal accommodation for large groups, friends or families, who want to spend a holiday full of fun and relaxation while maintaining their privacy. A large kitchen and a spacious room with smart TV are located in the annex. A barbecue and long tables in the shade of oak trees guarantee unforgettable outdoor dining. In addition to the large pool, which is surrounded by greenery, there is a Jacuzzi and a gym. Available in the well-kept garden: children's play area, football field, bowling green, table football. The property extends over more than one hectare and is fully fenced, therefore perfect for four-legged friends. In less than half an hour you can reach the most beautiful cities of Umbria, such as Todi, Spoleto and Orvieto. Other places for day trips: Terni 25 km, Perugia 60 km, Rome 100 km. The house is divided into six apartments, which are located between the ground floor and the first floor, all with a living room with kitchenette. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets, covered parking on the property. On the ground floor there are three apartments with independent entrance. APT1: spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet. APT2 and APT3: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
