Our house with unspoiled beaches is located in the Namib Desert between sand dunes and the cold Atlantic Ocean . The ground floor with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 sun decks and a gourmet kitchen is rented out. The 2nd floor is for the owner's use. It is a wonderful location for the active person. Jogging or hiking on remote beaches. Conditions are excellent for kite surfing or yachting or you can just enjoy the peace and quite of unspoiled nature. It is ideal location near to a lot of tourist attractions like quad biking in the dunes or a boat trip to the seal colony and bird watching. Swakopmund is 20km from our house with exclusive shops and restaurants. Sossusvlei with the highest sand dunes of the world and Cape Cross seal colony and the desert are accessible with guided tours or with your own car. Boat trips in the Walvis Bay harbor, 17 km away, can be undertaken to see Dolphins, Sea Birds and a Seal Colony while enjoying home cultured oysters with champagne. We live in Windhoek the capital of Namibia but we have an agent at the coast who looks after our guests. She will be available at all times to help you with anything you may need to know or if you experience a problem. We though have our own apartment on the premises and are some times there. I give my guests space but am available when they need me. We are also available on our cell phones if guests need us. Dolphin beach is a Eco Village. It is unspoiled nature with ample birds species, Bottle nose dolphins and sea life. There are no shops at Dolphin Beach, therefore you will need a car. The nearest shop is in Walvis Bay 16 km away. There is though a nice restaurant at the newly built hotel in the village in walking distance from our house which offers very nice meals. You will see it on the way to our house. There is no public transport. You need you own car. WiFi is available at the house. The WiFi is unlimited. Please note that our house is in a remote area and the WIFI and cell phone reception is some times intermittent. There is not much we can do about it because the problem is with the service provider. Only the ground floor of the house is available for renting out while the 2nd floor is for the owner's use only. Please note that there are no shops at Dolphin Beach you are advised to buy all your supplies either at Swakopmund or Walvis Bay on your way in.
