Colourful Flat - Next to shire park - Free Parking

My home is quirky, colourful and fun - easy 4 min walk to Tesco's Shire business park which is at the end of the cul de sac - we have a free parking space within the hedged area opposite the flats. It's a ground floor flat with a communalgarden space and large French doors. My one bedroom ground floor flat is available to hire in Welwyn Garden City. Its close to local shops and resturants, there is free parking and most importantly it's 4 mins walk from Shire Park! I live in Zell am See in Austria for half of the year so it makes sense to rent it out. This is my home remember so my things are around in draws etc. but there is plenty of space for your belongings as well. All of it. We don't often have any trouble or noise. It's in a fab location and has a little garden area. Everything is within walking distance but i'd drive or get a taxi if going to welwyn centre. The dolls house was made by my grandfather for my 16th birthday but he didn't actually finish it until my 25th so it took longer than he thought - he handmade pretty much everything even some of the furniture! It is very precious to me so please be careful with it. The water pressure is VERY HIGH please be careful when turning on the kitchen tap or you will get wet! The hot water is set to come on between 5am - 10am and 5pm to 10pm but it will remain hot for about 1 hour after this as well. The little cinema in Welwyn is awsome and really cheap!
