This traditional ibicencan country house from the seventeenth century was expanded in the middle of the last century giving it the colonial style of the facade, a rural house adapted to current comforts while respecting its essence. It is located between Santa Gertrudis and Sant Miquel, two villages in the center/north of the island, about 15 minutes driving from Ibiza town and 10 minutes from Benirrás beach. It stands out for its tranquility, being the only building on this 5ha farm, it is surrounded by almond trees, pines and the characteristic ibicencan nature. The house has two floors, about 200 m² in total. On the ground floor are the porch, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two double bedrooms, about 11 m² each (150x200cm beds); on the first floor, with a/c, there are two more double bedrooms, about 17 m² each (180x200cm beds), dressing room and bathroom.
