Modern Designed Cargo Container as Tiny House

The modern accommodation unit consists of upcycling cargo containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only does the environment benefit from the creative upcycling idea, but you do also! The Tiny House offers 26m² of everything you expect from a modern micro house. A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking lot right in front of the door and the feel good comfort of living in your own house. Our Tiny Houses are former cargo containers that have travelled the oceans and its continents. The average lifespan of a freight container is 12-13 years before it is no longer needed. But for us, even then the journey does not end. We give the overseas container a safe haven - a home in Wertheim. After an upcycling process in which the container is modernized and upgraded, the former cargo container is transformed into a comfortable and modern Tiny House. The entrance area has enough space to store shoes and jackets. Next you will find a refreshing modern bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. The pragmatic kitchenette will also give you the opportunity to prepare your favourite food here or to let your creative cooking skills run wild. Next to the kitchen unit there is a dining and working area with table and seats. Followed by a sofa, which can also be converted into a sofa bed if required. At the very end of the living unit is the large double bed. The high-speed Wi-Fi in the entire Tiny House fulfills every wish. With the key box you can check in whenever you want. You have full and unlimited access to your personal Tiny House. You do not have to share the facility with anyone else. Always available and close at hand if required. The accommodation offers walking distance to the bakery, numerous restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. Wertheim is situated in the middle of a natural, scenic environment with vineyards, streams, valleys and meadows and is the gateway and therefore an ideal starting point to the holiday regions Liebliches Taubertal, Spessart, Odenwald and Fränkisches Weinland. Towered over by one of the largest stone castle ruins in Germany, richly decorated half-timbered houses, small squares and narrow alleys characterise the townscape of Wertheim. Good food is a matter of course in an extensive wine region. Here the guest finds something for every taste, whether exquisite dishes of the highest culinary level or a good wine at the hospitable wineries. Wertheim is situated on the 5 star cycle path - Liebliches Taubertal. Pleasant flat stretches which run past beautiful river landscapes with little traffic and good signposting. E-bike rental stations are available. Since spring 2012 the panorama hiking trail has also been awarded 5 stars (German Hiking Association). In addition, there are numerous other short and circular hiking trails around Wertheim. You can follow the traces of the pilgrims on the "Jakobswanderweg Odenwald-Main-Taubertal". The "Wertheim Village" outlet shopping centre and Europe's largest caravaning & leisure centre Erwin Hymer World are particularly attractive. Other excursion destinations around Wertheim: Bronnbach monastery, the Gamburg river in the village of the same name, Mespelbrunn moated castle in the Spessart, Gottersdorf open-air museum, Eberstadt stalactite cave, wildlife park in Bad Mergentheim, bathing lake in Freudenberg and many other destinations. You have your own lit-up parking lot in front of the tiny house. By car: - 5 minutes to the historic centre of Wertheim - 15 minutes to Külsheim and 20 minutes to Marktheidenfeld - 30 minutes to Tauberbischofsheim and 30 minutes to Miltenberg - 30 minutes to Würzburg and 50 minutes to Frankfurt am Main airport The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Wertheim has its own train station. Fresh towels are of course provided. The cleaning of the accommodation unit as well as the towels and bed linen is done regularly and professionally.
