Gorgeous apartment near Wels

Cozy,lovely apartment made up of 1 b/r with king-size bed, bath,shower, kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa and cable TV. House also has private garden and swimming pond. Nestled in the rolling hills of upper Austria betw. Salzburg and Vienna. The aparment is generous in space (can hold up to 4 people), airy, colorful, and opens up to a beautiful terrace and garden with natural swimming pond...all in a gorgeous, natural setting, surrounded by woods,creeks and the Traun River. Guests have access to the garden and pond, washing machine and dryer, cable TV and internet and free parking in front of our house. I am happy to interact with my guest if they would like to! If not, they will enjoy the quiet (listening to many birds and frogs...)! The neighborhood is made up of mostly families with young children or couples. We are surrounded by green (woods and the river), but are only minutes away from the supermarket, post office, gas station and a few banks (the town of Thalheim). The main train station (Wels) is 10 minutes away. The local train stop is 2 minutes from the house; the bus stop is also only 5 minutes away. All busses and trains go to Wels, then eventually to Linz, Vienna, Salzburg and everywhere!
