Tiny Country Cabin
This tiny, cozy cabin sits on a 75-acre farm just over a mile from the scenic town of Stevenson, where you will find restaurants, access to the Columbia River, and the Columbia River Gorge Interpretive Center. The beautiful property has walking trails, meadows, forests, stunning views of the Columbia River Gorge and local wildlife. The cabin is good for solo adventurers or for two people who really like each other. This tiny wood-frame cabin is very small, but it includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is best for the solo adventurer, but two people who really like each other could squeeze into the bed, or a sleeping pad could be put on the floor for the second person. It is simply and efficiently furnished, with its own bathroom and an outdoor shower and a nice porch for lounging. The bed is custom made for the cabin. It is 82 inches long, 48 inches wide, and is about four feet above floor level. The place is bright, cozy, and clean. It is located about 100 feet from the main house, next to the garden, on our 75-acre farm which is just over a mile from the scenic town of Stevenson. Guests are invited to explore and enjoy the farm. Please let us know if you need advice or information about where to go and what to do in the Gorge. We don't want to be intrusive, but we are available to help. There are good eating places in Stevenson, many hiking trails nearby (including the Pacific Crest Trail), hot springs, water access, a good grocery store, Post Office, and laundromat. As mentioned above, guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the entire place. However, there is a second home on the property, and we ask that the privacy of that place be respected
